"Formation" can get a bit lost in the shuffle of stronger Lemonade tracks ("Daddy Lessons", "6 Inch", "All Night", "Hold Up"), but that video really is something special. In fact, I barely listened to 20 songs today simply because I was so obsessed with "Sledgehammer". I played it like a madman all day at work. Yet another chart that hits hard, Akini! "Sledgehammer" is by no stretch of the imagination one of Rihanna's best singles, but I really love its message, and it's come at the most convenient time.

"You Can't Win" is one of many highly-enjoyable moments on Stronger - I'd actually be very tempted to rank it as my top KC album.

"Formaton" finally started to really click with me a week or two ago! I still wouldn't rank it among my all-time-favorites from her (well, maybe the video), but I've definitely been playing it more over the past couple weeks than I had in the first few months after its release.
