I suffered with extreme pain, vertigo and nausea. I am saddened to change chiropractors, because Dr. Dr Frink did not do xrays on me his new patient resulting in injury to my C1 C2. His response was warm, but it was followed by a response from Shannon explaining her years of experience and having to come in and fix a mess within the billing office, and continuing to place blame everywhere but with the billing system itself. The business office manager Shannon was condescending, yet could not answer my questions, resulting in an email directly to Dr. Michael J Frink specializes in chiropractic, practices at 18407 Pacific Avenue South, phone number, opening hours. However, my questions could not be answered as to why I had not received bills prior to this, if there was an outstanding balance, why this wasn't caught on ANY of my at least once a month visits, and why visits I had were not listed in the line itemized accounting? I called the office and was explained that I had two claims, one using my insurance and the other for cash. The time period for which I am being billed (September of 2018 through December of 2020) predates the advent of my services at Frink, and also does not capture all of the dates of appointments in the time period noted. My word of caution is this: After being encouraged to sign up for the e-pay system, I did so, and have always used the pay in full selection, as I am not one to accrue debt. Glad that they are releasing studies like this. This review is based entirely upon the billing office at Frink Family Chiropractic.
